Hi there, I’m Jennifer, a proud single mom and passionate entrepreneur with a love for fashion and all things creative. My journey to creating August Nine began with a dream to build something meaningful — not just for me, but for my family and all the amazing people I get to connect with along the way.

I’m lucky enough to call the stunning Pacific Northwest home, where I draw so much of my inspiration from the breathtaking landscapes of Oregon and Washington. The natural beauty of the coast, mountains, and forests feeds my creativity and reminds me daily of the importance of community, resilience, and making things that matter. Whether it’s the ever-changing weather or the warmth of the people around me, I’m proud to build August Nine in this amazing place where nature and creativity come together.

I’ve always had a deep love for fashion, but it’s my desire to empower others and create a community that truly made me take the leap into entrepreneurship. August Nine Boutique was born from my vision of offering stylish, inclusive pieces for all shapes, sizes, and ages. I wanted to create a place where everyone could feel beautiful, confident, and celebrated.

But I didn’t stop there. August Nine isn’t just a boutique — it’s a family. Alongside the boutique, we’ve expanded to August Nine Baby, a line of adorable and high-quality baby essentials, and August Nine Home, where inspiration and creativity meet. Every part of August Nine is built with heart and purpose, driven by my desire to create products that make life a little bit more beautiful, a little bit easier, and a whole lot more meaningful.
